Mapping of stakeholders
To better understand the billing context, we started mapping stakeholders and users in order to map and align the expectations of each of them. For this, I used the Stakeholder Map.
First alignments on context
In addition to the stakeholder survey, it was necessary to understand some information related to the context such as
Flow of how the billing process currently works
Blueprint and journey of all users involved
Alignment of goals and vision for the future
Definir
Where do we want to go?
Design Challenge
How can we offer a billing center that allows for agility and ease in managing invoices and accessing customer information in an efficient and practical way?
Specific objectives
Centralize 100% of billing data in idbill
Have 100% of customers with consolidated invoices available in the first hour of the 1st
Benchmarks
Wireframes and user flow
To start sketching out the first ideas, it was necessary to involve stakeholders, the product team and engineering so that we could come up with some initial ideas.
Ideate and prototype
Let's go to the solution
With the help of stakeholders and the team and with the sketches of ideas we built, it was possible to bring a more robust solution to life.
Test, optimize and measure
Melhorias contínuas
This is a project that has had many improvements. One strategy that the team used to map the business and usability metrics of the Finance team was to develop a dashboard where we had accounted for all the team's processes.
