About the project
This was an appcommerce redesign project developed for the Brazilian cosmetics company Natura.
The goal was to improve the shopping experience for Natura customers. Customers will be able to enjoy the freedom of purchasing their favorite products anytime and anywhere, without having to rely on the physical presence of a Natura consultant.

Starting studies
In our kick off, we invited people from different teams and functions (BI, tech lead, product owners and digital product area manager), including stakeholders, to participate and contribute with their insights and promote diversity of knowledge and participation for everyone.
In the end, we arrived at the prioritization of 3 proto-personas and the CSD Matrix that will enable the next steps.
We started a kickoff, we studied the materials from previous years (personas and journeys that were carried out by the consultancy Fjord) so that we could make a comparison of all the changes that had happened so far.

Learnings
How far have we come?
There were five weeks of immersion, several surveys, interviews with consumers, workshops with the squads, dynamics, discussions, boards, maps and more maps. We were able to learn a lot by creating solid consumer profiles of our end customers. Our process also involved an in-depth socioeconomic study across generations.
